Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or donation does not improve your odds of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

3. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (VOID IN NEW YORK, Puerto Rico, and all US territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Humble Artist Foundation, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Sweepstakes Period

Each sweepstakes promotion runs for a defined entry period as announced on the website. The specific start date, end date, and entry deadline are posted on the sweepstakes entry page. Entries received before the start date or after the stated deadline are void.

5. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

(a) Qualifying Donation Entry (Online): Visit the website and complete the sweepstakes entry form with your contact information, followed by making a qualifying donation through the provided payment gateway. Sweepstakes entries will be credited to your ledger based on the donation multiplier schedule active at the time of your contribution.

(b) Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To enter for free without making a donation, hand-print (no photocopies or mechanical reproductions) your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3″ × 5″ card. Place the card in a stamped envelope addressed to: Humble Artist Foundation Sweepstakes, [Insert Official P.O. Box or Street Address], Saint Petersburg, FL [Insert Zip Code]. Mail one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per stamped outer envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the entry deadline and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Each valid, correctly formatted mail-in entry will receive a base of [Insert Number, e.g., 50] sweepstakes entries. To prevent spam, there is a strict limit of one (1) mail-in envelope per person, per day.

6. Entry Multiplier Rules

Participants who make a qualifying donation to Humble Artist Foundation during the active sweepstakes period will receive additional sweepstakes entries in accordance with the multiplier schedule posted on the website at the time of donation. Multiplier entries will be credited to the entrant’s ledger upon confirmed receipt and processing of the qualifying donation. The multiplier schedule is subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiplier entries apply only to donations made during the active sweepstakes entry period; donations made outside the entry period are not eligible for multiplier entries. Making a donation is not required to enter or win.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.

8. Prize

Prize details, approximate retail value (ARV), quantity of prizes available, and any applicable restrictions are announced for each individual sweepstakes promotion on the website. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. Winner Selection & Notification

Potential winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will take place after the close of the entry period. Potential winner(s) will be notified by email and/or mail at the address provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Winner Verification

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to return required documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. An IRS Form 1099-MISC may be issued if required by law. Sponsor recommends consulting a qualified tax advisor.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

14. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each participant consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner(s), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Humble Artist Foundation Sweepstakes Winner List, Saint Petersburg, FL. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the close of the sweepstakes entry period.

Humble Artist Foundation is a registered non-profit organization. Participation in the sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules in their entirety.
